United Benefit Solutions, LLC. (UBS.) is an employee benefits company which incorporates Health Advocate level of services for each client and program member. As your Benefits Professionals, we act as an extension of your Human Resources Department. We address inquiries regarding: coverage, doctor/lab billing, eligibility, coverage date issues, claim problems, doctor disruption reports, and member ID cards. Our courteous, licensed, professional staff will answer your concerns in a timely manner and follow them through to resolution.

We also provide such benefit essentials as free web based resources, which provide internal support for forms, regulations, updates, news, and more. This service is offered through a complete web portal accessible by the employers and employees at anytime.
 

Principals

Philip M. Jacoby -  President and Co Founder of United Benefit Solutions LLC. Graduated from University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and has over 18 years experience in Employee Benefits. Philip began his career at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and then managed a group insurance agency before starting United Benefit Solutions. Philip’s knowledge, experience and dedication to service places our client retention among the top in the industry. "We founded UBS to bring the personal dedication and service back to the industry." Philip’s experience with political science allows him to follow and understand changes in legislation to healthcare policy and laws. This allows UBS to keep our clients informed of all new legislation and changes to our current health care laws.

Michael C. Faccibene - Vice President of Operations for United Benefit Solutions LLC, a graduate of Texas A&M University. Michael has over 20 years experience in managing the agency and servicing our clients. Michael has designed and implementing cutting edge customer service procedures which enable us to sustain one of the industries highest retention ratios, while providing service unparalleled in the industry.

John Torres - Director of Operations, a graduate of Dowling College started his career managing operations in the restaurant business before moving on to earning his Series "6" license in the Life and Health field with John Hancock.  John later joined J. A. Faccibene & Associates, Inc. as a Property & Casualty Producer.  Due to his wide range of expertise John was given the opportunity to manage the agency and was instrumental in launching the partnership between JAF & UBS.  John currently functions as the Director of Operations overseeing the day to day operations of both agencies.
